Having progressive experience in managing and leading various aspects of management spanning across high paced business domains, Mr. Ati Priye has excelled in establishing innovative and competitive initiatives, institutionalizing a strong performance driven culture at the companies where he has worked. He is a Ph.D. Scholar, MBA-IB, M. Com-IB, PGDIPR, PGDIBO, ATC, Certified CSR Professional, Certified Design Thinker (University of Virginia), Certified Data Analyst (IIM-R) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional by GOI. His expertise includes transformational change management. He has extensively worked in all facets of management with specialization in the fields of leadership development, organizational behavior, culture building and employee engagement. A believer in driving organizational culture and values through PEOPLE, not processes, Mr. Ati also actively supports social causes such as Child Education, Sanitation, Literacy and Women Empowerment as National CSR Head of MIW Foundation.
Awarded amongst Top 100 International Distinguished Educator by International Institute of Organized Research, Ati received Bright Educator Award by Green ThinkerZ at 4th International Convention on IRSD held at CII, Chandigarh where he advocated the session on UN’s Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
Recently, Mr. Ati represented India as the Keynote Speaker on “AI and Sustainable Development” at the 2nd International Conference, organized by SFG College and North Bangalore Science Forum, Govt. of Karnataka. He was also invited by the Department of Telecommunications, GOI in National Round Table Conference on Cyber Risks for Corporates. He has conducted sessions for all the educational institutes of Punjab in association with Punjab Government. He upheld #UnitedforEducation program by All India DIDAC Association. He has also delivered sessions for COVID19 awareness program and Young Tarang: – Margdarshan show, dedicated on “Developing Managerial Skills in Youth” at All India Radio FM Gold 100.1.
