Achiever's Success Story

Home Jiny “Make your Wish”

A BBC World Congress Service Professional of the Year 2017, Mr. Arvind is a computer graduate and post graduate in Operational Management. He has 19 years of rich experience in customer services, both front end and backend. He has managed services P&L ranging from Rs 500-1000 Crs with leading companies (Intex, Dish TV, Lava, and Mobiistar) providing them with end to end service delivery and supply chain.

Before starting Home Jiny in 2018, Mr. Arvind was heading customer service for a Vietnam Brand ‘Mobiistar’ and he led the service business to a dominant 38% revenue market share in multi-player industry.

When he and the other co-founders of Home Jiny realized how painful it is to juggle multiple vendors, shops, service providers, and apps for daily needs, they decided to solve this pain point and launched a startup. They started working on the idea in October 2018 and incorporated Home Jiny in March 2019. It took them almost six months to build the technology platform, which includes two front-end (android and iOS apps), vendor app, delivery app and finally, a fully-integrated ERP.

Home Jiny ensures quality services and products by following three different supply chain models. The company claims that while there are hundreds of vendors available in the market, the startup works with a select few based on certain parameters such as experience and track record. They have delivered more than 60K deliveries with 1.5L products and 3000 services in last 5 months, and intend to grow at double the speed each quarter. Home Jiny is Registered as the first app in the world which combines both products and services.
