According to Mr. Vajpayee, getting quality manpower and reconciling with online portals where human intervention is least are two major challenges of this industry. The company is working on a long-term strategic partnership with Amazon, FlipKart and Myntra for their merchandise gap filling in which they have already roped in Flipkart’s no.1 white label brand IWS in the home furnishing segment which is poised to clock 10 Cr. biz this year only.
