He has been working with JAPFA since last 17years. He is one of renowned Feed professional in Indian Feed Industry. After graduated in Chemistry he had started his career in Edible Oil & Vanaspati industry then into Poultry and animal feed industry after completion of his master’s degree in management and Post graduate diploma in corporate law. He played a key role on Japfa groups entry to Bangladesh and leading Japfa’s ongoing projects on Cattle Feed and Aqua feed.

He had played a major role to educate poultry farmers since last two decades by arranging over 300 Farmers conferences, Farmer meetings, and technical seminars and personally interacted with Lakhs livestock farmers in his working experience to understand Farmers issues in poultry, Livestock, aquaculture & related agro commodities. He has been closely associates with FICCI and highlighting issues related to poultry and Animal feed industry time to time and also joined as guest lecture to speak on Animal feed sector and Agri commodity marketing on behalf of FICCI on few Govt and private platforms.

His biggest achievement was Connect to Customer (C2C) during covid 19 lockdown and meeting most of his customers through technology and resolve the issues of the farmers.

In his 20 years of Animal feed industry career ,he has practically visited almost all major districts  of India starting from Kashmir to Kerala to understand  the ground reality of Poultry farming and Animal feed business.

He has been associated with various state poultry and animal feed industry associations. 

As a social worker he has been associated with “Kalinga Swaraj foundation’ , an organization which has been helping poor and needy people across the country . During Covid 19 this association worked tirelessly to rescue stranded labors through out the country.
