In his corporate career, defining success seemed quite simple.Another step up the career ladder. Anincrease in salary, more people reporting to him, A place on the board, etc. But while he seemed to be doing well, his career progress didn’t make him happy. He was losing connection with his self-identity. He merely pretended to be happy, with a smile painted on his face.
Switching the job initially felt like a failure.But doing that was one of the best decisions he had ever made because it helped him to discover what success means to him. He realized that he is not made up for a 9 to 5 routine, but it is his passion to work rigorously on projects and always deliver something new.
That’s what made him to execute 4 major projects in North India, including working for two giant Japanese Automotive OEM’s and setting up a new Business Line for World Leader Automotive Tier – 1 supplier whose roots started from Noida and is now a World Leader with almost 350 plants across the Globe.
After delivering the third project, he realized now is the time to do something for himself and he started looking out. That was the time when his fourth project struck in the mind and he came up with an idea to bring in new technologies in India. So, he started with the project of setting up Prex India Automation Pvt. Ltd, a Japan based Robotics and Automation company with manufacturing base at Shanghai and now in Manesar, Gurgaon (India).
He worked continuously towards his passion and will continue further and does not have plans to stop here. His suggestion to youngsters is to just keep a hold of your passion and always keep working on it, Success will be yours.
