A technology executive and business partner with more than 12 years of experience in the organization. He serves on the board of directors of Easebuzz and also gets into the nitty-gritty of planning and developing the Fraud Prevention and Risk Assessment Suite for Easebuzz. He is involved in collaboration with entities like NPCI, AWS, NASSCOM, Mumbai Fintech, UIDAI. At Easebuzz, he actively participates in defining the product development plan and roadmap with business objectives. As the CTO of Easebuzz, Mr Amit Kumar expertise all the facets of the business. He holds an extensive experience in taking Financial innovation from 0 to 1 and then scaling it by 50X. 

Before joining Easebuzz, Amit Kumar was a solution architect for Ericsson, he worked as a BI/Big Data consultant, Tableau consultant and managed a data warehousing team in several projects. He was also responsible for designing scalable architecture and infrastructure for large telecom companies dealing with Petabytes of data. Before Ericsson, Amit Kumar was a Database Architect in TCS where he relished tackling challenging situations by modelling, optimizing, and tweaking the databases for better performance.

He was in charge of a development team for financial businesses that was tasked with resolving use cases for the Tax Credit Management System. Mr Amit holds a bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He also participated in an executive program in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has been a visiting faculty at various prestigious institutes like BIT Mesra and Symbiosis Institute of Technology. Mr. Amit Kumar holds a vision to help SMEs in India Achieve financial inclusion goals and scale up growing businesses and startups with the help of interoperable new-age payment technologies.
