An Engineer’s Entrepreneurial Journey
In a country with the increasing number of construction professionals in industry, it becomes difficult to create your brand which can make an impact. Mr. Amit’s journey tells us a completely different story. Started in 2017 while he was pursuing his Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, Deepanjali Sanitation came as an idea because of the entrepreneurial streak in him. Not willing to work under someone, he put his engineering knowledge to work and got a team to start working on projects that came his way.
He along with his team of qualified engineers & supervisors has managed to attract some of the prestigious projects across India in such a short time. With the idea of leaving his mark on every job he does with his own brand, he started the firm with the support of his family, but it has grown leaps and bounds in the last 3 years. Not walking away from daunting challenges, Mr. Amit not only manages his firm, but also has completed his MBA in Construction Project Management.
As the motto of the firm goes, “Excellence is not just our motive, it’s our habit”, Mr. Amit strives for this not just professionally, but personally as well. As is evident from his academic pursuits, he is also a Chartered Engineer (India) certified by The Institution of Engineers (India).
The entrepreneur inside Mr. Amit is ever existent and with every work that he does, that gets stronger. Deepanjali Sanitation is a prime example of how an individual’s grit and determination can be the fuel for a successful career. While the current generation looks at education as a medium to be a job seeker, Mr. Amit broke the conventional idea of a Civil Engineer and forayed into his own business, where he has become a job-creator for many engineers now. His journey is not just his own but serves as a path many can get inspired from.
