Driven by his tremendous faith in Mr. Rajeev Karwal and passion for technology products  Amit decided to quit his cushy job at a leading MNC and started his semi entrepreneurial journey with Milagrow and has not looked back ever since. The initial phase was full of challenges and road blocks but ultimately the perseverance and hard work paid off and Milagrow achieved what it always wanted to achieve “a strong foot hold in robotics and AI space”.  Milagrow is India’s home grown and No. 1 service robots brand and has grown leaps and bounds under his leadership.

He has 25 years of work experience and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He has been part of the launch of some of the most successful and iconic brands in the country in technology space.

He is a firm believer in building up a diverse team and mentor them to run a business based on professionalism, systems and integrity, all combined leading to a high performance.

He wishes to build a company with a great work culture and where all employees are treated fairly, can express their concerns without any hesitation and work with ownership.
