After working in Finance Industry for almost 15 years, he got his way to make a fulfilling career with passion! After pursuing masters in commerce, he secured a diploma degree of Life Balance Coach and Master Spirit Life Coach in 2011. The head of Certified Coach Alliance Group, Randin Brons inspired him to get into the business of coaching. He was ready to confront the setback initially since coaching was just growing during that period. Without thinking anything he started approaching NGOs and helped physically challenged, visually challenged and even cerebral palsy students immensely! By looking at his dedication to coach them, NGOs extended some financial help which supported him to sustain and then from there the coach started involving himself in professional areas where handling individual assignments of students, professionals, entrepreneurs became his forte along with conducting faculty development programs in institutes, employee development programs in various small and medium sector organizations.
He became a part of business group like BNI which surged up his life coaching activity with a greater vision. His true urge to help students did not stop him and he started working as a mediator consultant/coordinator for urban as well as rural area students by approaching schools/colleges for speech and debate programs of California based organization Cognitive Exchange whose aim was to reach out to the students who rarely get an opportunity to develop their personality and even leadership, too! He enhanced this activity across Maharashtra region and now wants to spread this pan India. Through this program, he was making a life skill education available free of charge particularly for all the students as per the mission of Cognitive Exchange. His approach of sticking to human values and extending his coaching assignments to individuals, institutes and organizations always gave him the platform where testimonials from various clients became a remarkable achievement being a coach! His approach of delivering quality with creative outlook made him a successful coach where subtle discussions about next level growth, getting right motivation, attaining proper work life balance, identifying right potentials by working on behavioral barriers became his niche. Life coaching is nothing but to bridge the gap between the person who you are and the person who you want to be! He wants to attain excellence in his own stream in coming years. He has helped more than 3000 students across Maharashtra and wants to extend his devotional outlook pan India as mentioned already.
Being a thorough artist as a singer, composer, writer/poet he has written many articles in the field of coaching in various magazines like Sampada magazine of MCCIA, Magazine of Desouza Foundation , Magazine of CAs and even on some international platforms like Journal of psychology & behavior research, Los Angeles CA where due to his skills in writing coaching articles he was invited to write an article and research paper.
He has written four research papers as a life coach where portrayal of human values and real time experiences get depicted fabulously! His papers have been recognized by many accolades. He has been an inspiration for many students and even professionals where because of his versatility in coaching and music, he has set an example of a perfectly passionate professional coach. His posts on social media channels like Facebook and Linkedin have become very popular and have given him lot of quality audience.
He wants to set an example abroad being a coach. He is also a certified executive leadership coach from Marshall Goldsmith stakeholder centered coaching where Marshall Sir has appreciated his articles, poems a lot. He has also participated in documentary of Marshall Goldsmith by sharing his ideas for the same. He was invited by the documentary producer to Los Angeles ,CA for attending private party of Marshall Goldsmith at his residence and even for attending 100 coaches training of Marshall Sir. Due to some personal reason he could not attend the same. However his passion has been taking him to the global level gradually. He has bagged up five leadership awards for his exemplary contribution in the field of education. He has bagged up life time achievement award from Anglo Urdu School, Pimpri(Maharashtra) for his outstanding contribution for the welfare of Urdu students. He has been bestowed with Exemplary Educationist award by Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Pune.
He has penned more than 100 English inspirational poems in the field of coaching and some of them are available on his website- www.soulomkar.co.in.
In coming months/years he wants to establish his own coaching school of life skills and even small Ashram facility for all those interested in philosophy and spirituality. His philosophical and spiritual creativity has been giving him lot of appreciation from many great people in the field of Music industry, spirituality and even corporate stream.
At the outset, the life balance coach Amit who recently became NLP certified practitioner wants to set many more records in the field of coaching by settling footprints globally. His plan of carrying forward legacy of his grandfather in the field of Yoga in coming years is another dream of him to accomplish!
For him, monetary gains in the business are essential but putting sacred impact by his own skills/potentials is a challenge where he wants to become excellent!
