Backed with 15+ years in the hospitality industry and event management, his venture -Grande De Goa, Goa’s reputed travel and tourism agency was set up. With experience over the years right from his initial days of struggle, he made some strong observations in drawbacks in customer service, satisfaction and management, be it in the hotel, during an event or during a yacht charter. Setting high expectations and delivering substandard services was another prominent observation made in many of his previous work stints. That’s when he decided to give concert shape to “Grande De Goa”.
