Greenfuel Energy Solutions is the leading manufacturer of components for Alternative Gas Fuel Systems and Lithium Ion Batteries for E-mobility and Energy Storage. It was established in 2006.
Greenfuel has been promoted by Akshay Kashyap’s (Founder and Managing Director) whose roots are attached to the few entrepreneurial families of Independent India. His Great Grandfather started the first company in India for Geometry boxes called “Globe”. The brand became the benchmark in the industry for geometry boxes and manufactured over 10 million geometry boxes annually.
Mr. Akshay Kashyap is a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, USA and graduated “With Honors” in the year 2001. He also attended a short-term course on “Elevating Finance and Operations” at The Wharton School. He worked for 3 years in Cleveland, Ohio. Later in 2006 October, he started his own Entrepreneurial venture, Greenfuel Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The primary objective was to Engineer and supply components for vehicles running on natural gas (CNG). In 2016, Greenfuel ventured into designing & manufacturing Li-lon battery packs for e-mobility & Energy Storage.
Committed to Green energy we are now empowering the future of e-Mobility in India and the global market, having developed and launched Lithium-Ion Battery Packs, featuring original technology that has been meticulously developed and engineered in-house.
They have filed for multiple patents on the design of our Lithium-Ion Battery Packs and have complete capabilities for Hardware Design, Embedded Software and Critical Safety Control.
Greenfuel was awarded as “The largest and most innovative company for CNG vehicle components” by the Ministry of Road and Transport in the year 2014. He was recognized by India Today and awarded for “Make in India Emerging Entrepreneur Award” in the field of Automobile for the year 2018. Greenfuel has won “Technology First Runner” in EV at ASSOCHAM in year 2019.
Recently Greenfuel has won “Supplier of the year” at the TATA Motor Vendor Meet 2019. In the year 2020, the prestigious “Indian Achievers Award” for Emerging Company has been presented to Mr. Akshay Kashyap, Managing Director, Greenfuel Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
