LWAFS was established with the aim of core business areas that include wealth management, financial services & real estate consulting rendering services to key client accounts in wealth & financial advisory, realty advisory, land acquisition, mergers, private equity & venture capital.

The organization later stepped up NRI’s and HNI investors with Assets Under Management (AUM) of Rs. 3140 crores purely invested in real estate and also as a co- investors with some of the pe ventures. The total AUM as on 31st December, 2019 was rs.7870 crores including equity, debt, realty, mutual funds, structured funding mandates, etc. LWAFS is in strategic partnership with leading private equity companies in India including Piramal group from past 7 years for raising capital from the market and also identifying projects for investments.
