Mr. Ahaan Aggarwal

Achiever's Success Story

“Mr. Ahaan Aggarwal, Founder & CEO, Junoon”

As it is rightly said , “What you do has far greater impact than what you say.” A 17-year-old young Entrepreneur, Ahaan’s entrepreneurship journey started during the national lockdown when he experienced the eureka moment of millions of people migrating during the lockdown.  He was passionate about helping the community, and he found that creating opportunities for unskilled or semi-skilled workers to upskill and find financial stability is a fundamental need for our society and economy.  This led him to the creation of “Junoon” , to get consistent jobs with standardized income for those in dire need.

Back when the national lockdown had begun, Ahaan found that unemployment in manual labor had spiked after offices, warehouses, and many other locations had to shut down because of the lockdown. He created Junoon to help the millions of Indians across the country that were struggling to find employment.

“When you raise up the bottom 50%, society prospers”
Ahaan firmly believes that by improving the skills of blue-collar workers, India can experience sizable economic growth. Junoon is his way of giving back to the company.

Ahaan’s mission is to make over half a million blue collars workers in India to be fully trained and become economically independent with simple, standards and effective education, skills, and training and to start a Junoon’s community colleges in 10k villages which he mapped during his market research while building Junoon.

Ahaan interned with Lightbox VC in the summer of 2020. He attended Harvard Secondary School in Summer 2019. In his free time, Ahaan likes to read and watch movies.
