SamBuddha Management Consulting Pvt Ltd (SbMC) is a boutique management Consulting firm based out of Bangalore. SbMC was registered as a legal entity in 2019 by Adarsh Ramaswamy. Prior to the entrepreneurial venture, Adarsh worked for some of the very reputed names like Toyota, ABB, Maruti Suzuki. With strong fundamentals from these world class organisations, he did Masters in Operations (PGPM) from SP Jain, Mumbai (Constituent of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan). Post completion of masters, Adarsh worked for a Danish Consulting company called Valcon. Stint at Valcon laid foundation for his consulting journey.
After working for close to around 5 years with Valcon, he quit the corporate life and started consulting on a free-lance basis. Having witnessed buoyancy in the market and potential to expand, he registered SamBuddha Management Consulting Pvt Ltd in the year 2019.
The word ‘SamBuddha’ is derived from Buddhism. SamBuddha or Sama SamBuddha is the most enlightened among all Buddha’s who will set up a knowledge frame work which acts as a guiding post for generations to come.
They are a small team from various domains working to add value to their client processes. They at SbMC want to work with diverse clientele and help their clients by solving complex business problems. They specifically focus on longevity of the solutions so that client can reap benefits of the engagement in a sustained basis. Their consulting engagements are not advisory in nature. It is mostly to be with the client team, work with them hands on and ensure solution doesn’t just stay @ conceptual level but help them till last mile execution. This gives them immense satisfaction as they are integral part of entire journey (Cradle to Implementation).
Progressively they have been able to expand their clientele outside manufacturing space. They now serve varied sectors like Fashion industry, SAAS based CRM product company, Aerospace, hospitality, facility management and so on. They primarily focus on improving top line and bottom line of the business through operations improvement, cost optimisation, Lean transformation initiatives. In some of the cases, they have also used RPA implementation and other digital tools to enable business transformation.
They have been able to leave lasting footprints with all the organisations that they have worked so far. Based on the value add, all their clients have extended their engagements to multiple areas other than what was initially decided.
