During work stay in US, happened to experience how bad Black Friday can get from a customer experience standpoint, and then seeing similar experiences at the top retail brands in India motivated him to start Perpule.

More Megastore was the first customer to use this and a few more are just signing up now as we speak
● Mini Apps – This is the ecommerce platform & the shopify plugins they have built to help brands set up their ecommerce storefronts inside high traffic platforms like Phonepe, Paytm etc. Brands like The Many Company, Towness, Budli, Man Matters, Greencure, Himalaya, Arata, etc. are the ones using this offering to set up their Mini Apps ECommerce+ came in as a result of the pull from the market around ecommerce & every single retailer trying to go online & serve their customers to make up for the loss of footfall.
The pandemic & the lockdowns have been very detrimental to offline retailers and their business is hit massively. ECommerce+ is our attempt beyond our regular business to help retailers set up a platform which can drive & contribute revenues for them in these tough times.
