Gumla Polytechnic, established by Department of Higher, Technical Education and Skill Development (DHTE&SD), Govt. of Jharkhand, is run and managed under Public Private Partnership (PPP) Mode by Gumla Educational Foundation. It initially began as an idea and now acknowledged as an institution for quality learning and later on, in pursuance of basic philosophy of providing good quality education, which is currently in relevance to the needs of the industry and employing organizations, Gumla Polytechnic, Gumla (GPG) is actively offering Engineering Diploma Courses, with an extravagant infrastructure.
The College is approved by the All India of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Govt. of India and is affiliated to Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT), Ranchi. It is also registered as an affiliated college with AISHE, MHRD, GoI. Gumla Polytechnic is also a member of National Digital Library, NPTEL-SWAYAM Chapter and is also member of DELNET for e-Library. Moreover, it confirms all the norms of the regulating and statutory authorities to achieve academic and professional excellence.
The college offers wide range of courses which include Automobile Diploma Engineering, Civil Diploma Engineering, Electrical Diploma Engineering, Mechanical Diploma Engineering and Mining Diploma Engineering. Gumla Polytechnic envisions to become a Global Leadership in Human Development, Excellence in Education and become a leader in providing technical education without compromising on the quality and at affordable costs thereby sculpting highly competent and productive human resource.
