In a stratum of business where we find less successors taking on the business, Aarsh chose to break the norms of International workforce mobility to facilitate the betterment of the process by introducing concepts that fit the gap b/w clients, candidates, and the current times. He started from the bottom and made his way upwards to better understand the on ground challenges and create strategies to bring about actual change.

In his brief career of 3.5 years, he has achieved the following work accolades:

• He has instrumented the TRAIN and HIRE Model for International Workforce Mobility for clients like
  • Universal Voltas, Abu Dhabi for MEP Sector.
  • Chinese Palace, Dubai for the Hospitality
  • Tomas International, Malta (EU) for Skilled Workforce in Retail, Hospitality, Automobile and Facility Management Sector
  • EUIC Germany (EU) for Hospitality, Civil and Nursing Sector
  • TAG Middle East FZC (Oman and UAE) for the Armored Vehicle Manufacturing unit sector.
  • MAPCO (Qatar), WASHMEN (UAE), HIRA Industries (UAE) etc.

• He has kick started an entire vertical for BSL Pvt. Ltd towards its expansion in European Nation called AARSH EURO. The vertical is dedicated to handling all the clients from Europe. He has expanded the clientele of Aarsh International in Europe, including countries such as Malta, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia.

• He has recently launched a start-up as a unit of BSL Group, LYF E SKILLS and was appointed the Director of the same. The company is his baby project, which works on facilitating dedicated foreign languages training ONLINE and LIVE as per the CEFR norms of the International Standard.

• He has successfully completed deployment of 500+ candidates till date who aspired to work overseas, including placing them in countries such as UAE, Qatar, Poland, Czech Republic, Malta. The company, as a whole, has deployed more than 18000+ candidates overseas till date.

• During the Covid lockdown, he was recognised as a Corona Warrior for facilitating an Online Awareness free-of-cost certification assessment to disperse and imbibe correct practices in people with regards to Covid-19. The program was run across the globe with candidates enrolling under the same from Europe and GCC as well. The certificates that were given to candidates were approved by National Skill Development Corporation and governed as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

An alumni of Delhi Public School and Amity University, he graduated with a B.Tech – Computer Science Engineering and turned down a job placement with PayTm to join the International Workforce Mobility business in 2018. He has been extensively involved in co-curricular activities since school as well as in colleges. A few of his notable achievements are:

• Scholar holder for 6 consecutive years and has been awarded Excellence award as a Multifaceted Personality for 4 consecutive years.
• Played All India for CBSE U-19 Team in School Games.
• Earned Best Striker and Top Goal scorer twice at National Level in Football.
• Won 3 medals in Horse Riding at National Level.
• Company member with Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts.
• A – Division football league at Amity University.
• Member of the college dance society, having won many fests including the prestigious IIT DELHI .
• Part of the Amity Youth Fest organizing committee.

He’s grateful that he has identified himself in a field of domain that resonates with his likenesses. He is happy to be able to meet new people, maintain interpersonal relationships not only with native Indians but with people from third world countries and all this supports his passion for Travelling, talk about work life balance.

Aarsh has a great zeal to learn and explore. For him he is an old school pedagogy person who aims to break ahead from the conventional business tactics of his industry with an intent to amalgamate the same with new world concepts and ideas. He moves ahead on his path with great determination achieving small milestones along the way in order to fulfil the bigger triumph.
