Kids with Dreams are Adults with Vision
Introducing the multitalented prodigy Mr. Aadi Sai Vijaykaran. A world debate champion, published author and social entrepreneur at the age of just 15, Aadi aims to create social change in India at the grassroots; among students. His non-profit organization, 4US ByUS, aims to give every student in India the superpower of mentorship – completely free of cost. Essentially, Aadi and his team of volunteers connect students with accomplished mentors so that they can receive the guidance they need, in any field. From Sports to engineering medicine – students can receive personal guidance from experts in the field.
Aadi’s story has constantly been entwined with Indian education and social policy. After being the first Indian ever to win the Junior World Debate Championship in Yale University, he understood one thing: not every student is privileged enough to get the same counselling, coaching and mentorship as others. There were millions of underprivileged students living in remote villages who can’t even afford these opportunities.
Every student is talented in their own way. Every student deserves the same opportunities and exposure, regardless of their background. That was the moment that inspired him to start 4US ByUS.
Since its inception in 2020, 4US ByUS has touched the lives of over 4500 students across India and internationally. With a mentor bank of over 200 extremely accomplished professionals from 15 countries and 30+ fields, 4US ByUS has successfully been able to make an impact in underprivileged students’ lives.
This largely took place during COVID lockdown and regulations, which had a lasting impact on all of our lives. In August 2021, Aadi published a book titled The World How I See It, giving readers worldwide a peek into how the world looks from a teenager’s perspective:
