DISRUPTION TO RECOVERY
Venkata Sridhar has extensively conducted societal work in multi-disciplinary sectors, covering child education, English Capability Building in government schools, Rural areas & Orphanages, senior citizen and women health care, sanitation for girls, environment and community sanitation and COVID related contributions in the form of safety kits and food supplies during the pandemic.
His vision is to spread happiness for the deprived sections of society and he established a Non-Profit BHARATHI RANGA ORGANISATION FOR WELFARE OF SOCIETY (BROWS) along with 8 of his friends who are like minded to volunteer and serve the deprived sections of the society. The values of this Organisation are Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Excellence – RICE. While Venkata and his team work on thematic Areas like Socio – Economic and Cultural development, Health, Education, Environment and Water Sanitation and Hygiene.
He has been working on child education in building the English capability across AP and Telangana states in Government schools, Orphanages and Rural students which will increase the employability skills in the underprivileged sections of the society. He distributes a English book which will improve the English communication skills among the students. Till now he has distributed 4000+books and trained these kids on English speaking skills. His target is to build capability for around 10000 kids in the next 4 years.
He is working on a new project which will help the students who lost their learning during COVID due to schools closure. The project “EDUCATION FROM DISRUPTION TO RECOVERY” by providing an app on STEM education, to empower underprivileged children with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Its targeted to reach at least 2000 kids in the next one year.
