Dr. SURESHCHANDAR G.S. is currently a Director with American Society for Quality (ASQ) South Asia. He holds a Ph.D. in Quality Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, Chennai. He is also a recipient of the Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the distinguished Alexander von Humboldt (AVH) Foundation, Germany. The post-doctoral Humboldt fellowship is one of the world’s most acclaimed fellowships in the realms of research.
He has great flair for writing which is exemplified by his several research publications in reputed, refereed International Journals and International Conferences. He has received unanimous appreciation (in terms of awards, honours, distinctions, and citations) on his research papers from premier research foundations and academic bodies of eminence. He holds ASQ certifications such as Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CMBB), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Manager for Quality (CMQ/OE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
Only a handful of people around the world hold the coveted ASQ Master Black Belt certification currently. He is also a Certified Zero Effects & Zero Defects (ZED) Master Trainer from Quality Council of India (QCI). He was also awarded the Qimpro Certified Qualitist – Level 3 Badge which is a mark of excellence among Quality Professionals.
He has served as a Guest Faculty at the prestigious Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, Chennai and regularly conducts Management Development Programs (MDPs) at IIT Kharagpur.
He is also an Author as part of the ASQ Influential Voices Program. The ASQ Influential Voices are a select group of quality experts and online influencers, across the world, who raise the global voice of quality through their blogs on various key quality management topics.
He has established himself as a renowned faculty/corporate trainer and consultant catering to the requirements of multiple industries.
