She has 20 years of corporate experience in the field of Sales, Marketing, Corporate Strategy and HR with complete knowledge about all the segments of the various markets in the field of Luxury products, jewellery, sales, human behavior and their countless interplays and ramifications. She is a natural orator, motivator, counselor and a certified Soft-Skills & Behavioral Trainer. Apart from being a corporate professional and a certified in-house trainer, Saumya is an ardent teacher who passionately loves teaching. She teaches subjects like Product & Brand Management, Strategic Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and International Marketing. She’s been a visiting faculty at various institutions and an empanelled professor at IIM -Indore. Saumya has been a part of various summits and speaker session to enlighten young minds and share her views on the different aspects of HR and how the trends are changing for the better.
