Dr. Rachanaa through her venture emphasises on upskilling, reskilling, and rediscovering oneself. Having varied professional experience of over 20 years both in the Corporate and Academic World her exposure has been in both domestic and international professional environments. As an academician she has worked with top management institutes. She has trained more than 10000 individuals (students, academicians, and corporate employees) on various topics through prestigious platforms nationally and internationally. She regularly writes on various topics which are addressed towards the Self-improvement of individuals, Finance, Management and Ancient Indian Management Styles.
Honored as “INTERNATIONAL YOUNG EDUCATIONIST AND MOTIVATOR” by South Asia Management Association, Singapore, she is empaneled as Securities Market Trainer by SEBI, Resource Person-NISM, ICAI and a certified soft skills trainer. An alumnus of IIM- Indore, a Management / Commerce postgraduate, specialized in Finance and Marketing having Doctoral degree. As an Academician, Trainer, Counselor, Researcher, Designer, and a Blogger she has number of certifications, best publications, and awards in her name. She is crowned as “INTERNATIONAL SARI QUEEN” recognizing her efforts to help the weavers and promoting the handloom saris. Dr. Rachanaa is associated with various NGOs for helping the teenage and young cancer patients, educating the poor children, and teaching various handicrafts to women. Her mission is to imbibe practical aspect along with holistic approach in every individual and thus to enhance their skills.
