Dr. Lopamudra is a certified corporate Director, Senior Management Professional having over 25+ years of experience across The Globe In CSR, Social Development, Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Corporate Communication, Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, For Both International and National Companies.

She presently holds the leadership role as a General Manager – CSR, Sustainability, Land, R&R, and Community Relations with Hindalco Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Group at Rayagada, Odisha.

During her 25+ years of expertise, she had the opportunity to work at the remotest corners of North, East, and South India and also worked Internationally. She led the responsibility as HR and CSR consultant and International Business Development with clients in Greece and Italy.

Her life story is nothing less than a journey of thousand milestones. Down the line of her career, she started as a Waitress at the Oberoi group, then moved to a Sales Executive in MGM Chennai and later promoted to the Vice President for Texnokat Group, a giant in the manufacturing industry of Europe. Later joined Sonalika Group where she worked as DGM, CSR & Human Resources and also headed the Corporate Communication.
