Our very own Indian ‘Genius Polymath’ and ‘Scientistpreneur’, Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal stands testimony to the stupendous mix of talent, intelligence, energy and hard work coupled with a humble and kind heart that beats for humanity, and wants to continually contribute in some way or the other.
Her journey in life has undoubtedly been that of a Super Achiever’s! Dr.Kuiljeit has been awarded with the esteemed ‘Inspirational Polymath’ Award, being an Image Scientist, an Aviator, a CEO and Entrepreneur, a Creative Director, an Author and an Educationist among other hats she wears. This polymath has accumulated decades of knowledge and experience across multiple industries and is now putting it all to together to brighten India’s tomorrow!
Dr. Kuiljeit has brought honour to India in her area of expertise and contribution. Her in-depth research and contribution over the years in the area of persona and image management, life skills, academia, her invention PIQ, and her scientifically devised concepts of PRIM, PRIMEA and D-PRIM have been a significant body of work that have effected empowering the youth and professionals across India and globally.
She has been awarded with several international and national honours, awards and accolades in the world of innovation, education and social impact. Some of them include the ‘Karmaveer Chakra’ 2019 by the United Nations and iCongo, ‘World Innovation Award – Hall of Fame Honour’ 2019; ‘Innovative Education Leadership Award for Excellence in Social Innovation & Global Impact’ 2019’; World Education Award 2018 for Innovation; ‘Naari Udyamita Puraskar’ 2018 by the MSME Ministry & WES, as well as ‘National Icon 2020’ and the ‘Pride of Maharashtra’ 2017. She has been proclaimed the World’s First Image Scientist by ‘World Records India’, ‘Asia Book of Records’, ‘Bharat Book of World Records’ and ‘India Book of Records’.
As the WICCI National President – Life Skills and the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management, as well as Board Advisor to the International Creative Women, she works towards bringing about policies and creating a robust eco system for empowerment of women in the country and internationally.
She has authored and co-authored several research papers, book chapters and books in various subjects. She has contributed to the creation of a few hundred educational books in Aviation, IT, Personality Development, Customer Service and more and now, her book ‘Prim and Powerful’ in her research subject, Persona and Image Management. She is also engaging with the ‘online courses’ space for the benefit of lakhs of enterprising and keen learners across both hemispheres, who want to learn and benefit from her. Dr. Kuiljeit has impacted tens of thousands of people and aspires to impact many more across in India and the world to make them a confident, powerful and incredible version of themselves, and she aims to touch the lives of at least one million people.
