Introducing the multifold and generous Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar a hardcore academician and HR enthusiast. Enriched with 29 years of versatile experience at challenging and prominent positions in corporate, teaching, training and administration. She believes in developing vibrant team by building a strong base of positive culture and bringing best outcome in every venture. Continuous improvement through innovative ideas is the key of her operation style.
She strongly believes in excellence can be achieved through gradual result of always striving to do better. She of the opine that leadership is the capacity of an individual to translate vision into reality. She has touched lives of many people as HR Professional, Academician and helped them to transform their life. Adhering to her divine guidance she has mentored and counseled enormous number of management students.
She has around 6 chapters to her credit in books on research methodology and management. She has published books on Banking and Finance, Human Resource and Economics.
Dr. Kirti is proud recipient of renowned awards titled “Lokmat Professional ICON Awards 2021” by the hands of Honorable Balasaheb Bhausaheb Thorat, Minister for Revenue, Maharashtra, “Academic Leader of the Year 2019” and Guru- Gaurav Pursakar by Apollo Institute & Weekly Police Pravah, 2016 – 17.

She has also delivered her views and inputs on National Platform of Integrated Chambers of Commerce and Industry New Delhi at summit on “Skill and Entrepreneurship in India”.
She has conducted various industrial training as industrial trainer in HR domain for HR professionals and for general profiles and transformed work productivity in positively in MSME sector, Pune.
