Summary 

Inspired by seeing his doctor mom saving lives and his father running a successful pharmaceutical company, Dr Mathur, from a very early age, wanted to be a doctor and, at some point of time, an entrepreneur. 

Dr Jeetendra is a ‘Chartered Manager’ and ‘Certified Strategic Manager’ and has a bachelor’s degree in medicine, a post-graduate degree in MBA (Healthcare Management) from Australia, and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom. His 10 years of working experience in the healthcare industry involves working in various medical specialties, including emergency medicine, burns/plastic surgery, general medicine at large public and corporate hospitals in both India and the Maldives. 

He is currently working in the position of Primary Healthcare Manager, where he is managing a chain of GP clinics, providing them with the overall direction and management. His zeal for improving healthcare through the integration of technology and artificial intelligence has led him to be the Co-Founder for Medi-AI, where he is involved in various machine learning projects in healthcare. 

He is extremely passionate about improving healthcare, making it more accessible, safe, and of the highest quality. He believes better management and technology integration are equally important to achieve this. Better management can enable efficient resource allocation, while technology can drive significant improvement via improved diagnostics and therapeutic management.  

On the personal front, he enjoys keeping himself fit and movie breaks with his family. Dr Mathur’s own experiences in all walks of life have been a constant guiding factor, and with the manner he balances his personal and professional life, he is truly a role model for young professionals!
