A 25 year old young entrepreneur who managed to setup her own practice after gaining a tedious amount of working experience , completing three fellowships and working as an associate dentist for almost three years, since her thought process has always been unconventional she thought of opening a mini co-working space along with her dental clinic. It got named as DENT & CO.

Everyone who wants a place to work is welcomed at DENT & CO. be it fellow entrepreneurs, startup, a freelancer, a student ,members of NGO’s it’s a mini-co-working pod for everyone ; and she single handedly manages it all. She is working actively towards building a community where people can network and collaborate instead of competing with each other.

Within just a few months post its inaugural she has almost managed to bring more than 300 people  together as a part of the DENT & CO. community.

A flexi-desk space which gets converted into a mini event, seminar , workshop or a open mic event space.

Dr. Hiloni’s dedication towards supporting mental health and promoting awareness for the same helped her to actively collaborate with best psychologists of the town and they regularly conduct individual therapy sessions and also monthly support group meets.

She has established her name very well amongst the dentist community at a very young age.

An example of being courageous to take a step in an unconventional direction could be possible only because of her supportive parents.
