He is also an ICF Certified Life and Executive Coach from USA & Canada.
He has worked for reputed organizations like Tata BP Lubricants India Ltd and Flagship Company Parle India Limited. Beyond corporate experience, as a Professor of Marketing & a Capstone Certified Trainer, he has taught in top business schools in the country like International Management Institute & others for 17 plus years. He is a professional member of the Odisha State Bar Council. Dr Swain featured in the 18 Top Global Contributors in the area of leadership in the Drucker’s Forum Special Report of 2020.
