He also spearheads the marketing and business development strategies which enables a successful track record of client satisfaction by maintaining standards of international planning and current market trends. He is a firm believer of measurable marketing strategies with revenue goals and increased awareness by showcasing the brand/product/services in most differentiated ways.

Prior to joining Spartan, he played a significant role in various organizations in the likes of Topsgrup, Vimal Fire, Agile Security, Eagle Hunter, Richfeel and Spa Technical Services gaining an experience of over 25 years+ in Marketing & Business Development along with Client Management. Fortunately a major part of his career was spent strategizing & working closely with the Founders & Directors that enabled him with a hands on experience in evaluating various nitty-gritty’s of  various industry services and other genres of understanding business and developing deep insights on various day-to-day operational challenges. In his early stints he emerged as an induction trainer on sales & corporate communication played a vital role in launching TOPSLINE 1252. Launched over more than 30 brands and executed over 10+ turnkey projects with absolute system oriented installation and implementation.
