Directors of CLINICA are in the industry for more than 20 years and have seen the evolution of the Indian Clinical Trials Industry from its primitive stages. CLINICA is led by Dr. Ajaykumar Beesanna Malle, CEO , medical graduate (M.B.B.S.) from Mumbai University.
A self-managed and result-oriented Clinical Research Professional with around 20 years of experience with various domestic and multinational Pharmaceutical companies. An Ambitious and driven professional with expert knowledge of the scientific, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors coupled with an astute business acumen, well versed in developing strategic roadmaps and implement innovative solutions to exceed levels of clinical Trials management.
Started with a single employee company in July 2020 amidst COVID-19 Pandemic, and Within a span of 1 year there are 20 employees in the company. At the inception CLINICA had a single clinical study and today there are 4 studies in the patient recruitment phase and 2 are in the start-up phase. In the year 2020-21 CLINICA grew exponentially, whether to acquire the clients or talent. CLINICA designed clinical study for increasing prescriptions and market share of a specific product has helped one of the MSME Pharma company, the product sale increased by 318% and the market share rose by 28%.
The Stand-alone service offerings and the flexible approach for designing, planning, executing and completing a clinical study is being the winning strategy.
