He is a scholar, academician, professor, author, corporate professional and leader, philanthropist and a modern day renaissance man. The Motto of his Charitable organization is: Innovation,Empathy and Performance for the development and empowerment of the underprivileged of the society and dedicated to building social intelligence and social capital in India.

With double Bachelors, double Masters and Double Doctorate degrees and other professional qualifications and over 35yrs senior management experience including Senior Vice President with TATA group and major oil companies in the Middle East, Dr. Choudhury has demonstrated high level of professional achievements and innovation. 

He has  also authored 2 books on Strategic Management of NGOs and Sustainability management. But he has been mindful about sharing his professional success and earnings with the underprivileged of India and founded his own charitable organization, Deb Kalika Choudhury Charity & Development Center in the year, 2000 with the  mission of providing free education and vocational training for income generation leading to reduced poverty as well as free health care services in the region and environmental sustainability work.

He practices the 3 Ps (Planet, Profit and People) of sustainability management. All his services to the underprivileged is completely free of cost and entirely funded from Dr. Choudhury’s personal fund. The mission of the organization also extends to making the destitutes social agents themselves through training as he feels that everyone has a role to play in achieving greatness for India.”
