Founded in the year 2018 by Mr. Aravind Sridharan, a mechanical engineer who initially worked in the engineering design field until he himself figured it out that there was a gap between Design and Manufacturing in the Indian market. He then decided to solve this problem by establishing Crenodez Engineering Solutions.
Crenodez Engineering Solutions supports Indian start-ups and MSMEs by reshaping their products with the touch of industrial design to make their product stand unique in the international markets and reducing their time to market by rapidly prototyping with 3D printing & other advance digital technologies with no minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Start-ups & MSMEs usually don’t practice designing their product before manufacturing them. The main reason behind this was the unaffordability to have a dedicated team of designers, improper designing tools & design thinking. Due to this, it was difficult for their products to sustain in the global & local markets, and they were making a loss during manufacturing as they had to build their product by trial and error. Also, it was very difficult to prototype or try small batch production for proof of concept (POC) of their products before mass production because there is always MOQ to start manufacturing at a low cost and make necessary tooling.
The ideal reason behind establishing such an establishment was to provide quality design and affordable rapid prototyping support to these companies and, Crenodez does this at its best, thus making them a leader in providing engineering design & rapid prototyping solutions pan India.
As of now, Crenodez has its operations in Chennai and provides its services pan India remotely. Crenodez has 250+ happy and retaining customers and makes 500+ plastic and metal parts a month for various sectors which include Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, IoT, Product Development, Medical Devices, Electronics, Gaming & Education. Moving a step ahead, Crenodez offers additional discounts and free internships for students to encourage them to learn design and 3D printing technologies in their early stages.
