Col. Bharat Kumar was commissioned into Army on 13 Dec 1980. Taking part in 5 operations including Kargil War, he earned Laurels for himself. With scholastic desire he attained academic qualifications upto Doctorate in management. His research works include ‘Impact of Traditional Values on Leadership’ & 08 others research works, which formed the basis of policies for Indian Army.

A recipient of Army Comm&er’s Commendation card for his contribution towards the Evolution & Assessment of various Strategies & Doctrines, drafting MoU for Courses for Army Officers in coordination with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore. His guidance led to Award of 05 PhD, 250 M. Phil, 14 Executive MBA Degree & 6080 Diplomas to Army Officers.

Travelled across 20 countries, he is familiar with international environment, norms & culture. A Reiki Master, qualified in ‘Art of living’ & management by values including self-management at International Peace University Mount Abu.

His interest in Social work earned him the Title of “Seva Shree” by Narayan SevaSansthan, Udaipur, a Life time Guardianship of Narayan SevaSansthan& Tara Sansthan Udaipur, a guiding member of ‘Vishwa Sawali’, Pune, & contributor in Bal Gram India, Help age India, Teach for India & Ashrams of SindhutaiSapkal.

Having guided 03 schools to earn Achievers Grading in NABET, he is now engaged in converting rural boys of PVP Sainik School Loni, Ahmednagar & other schools &colleges of Pravara Rural Education Society into future leaders of Armed Forces, developing leadership qualities & igniting their mind.

He has been conferred with Indian Achievers Award 2020 in “Excellence in education” category in recognition of Outstanding Professional Achievements & Inspiring Social Contributions.
