Pioneer Group was founded in the year 2000 by Capt Vivek Khanna who is a Master mariner with 22 years of sea going experience in the Merchant Navy. Having worked with the best names in the shipping industry Capt Khanna had a vision to set up a top class Shipping Services Company to provide employment opportunities to India seafarers and compete with the best names in the business globally – this led to the setting up of Pioneer Sailing Services Pvt Ltd in 2009 (an ISO certified company) as a separate entity of Pioneer Group.
Capt khanna firmly believes that no job can be successfully done without providing quality service which comes with commitment and passion and a motivated team.
Pioneer Sailing Services is a Global Shipping services provider in the field of Ship Auditing, Ship Surveys and Inspections and offers its services to most top Ship Ownership / Management Companies.
Pioneer Group was set up in the year 2000 and has since been providing unparalleled services in the Marine field.
Today the Group is a One Stop solution in providing hands on and focused practical solutions to ship operations & management functions.
Pioneer is empanelled with Indian Port Association – (an apex body of major ports under administrative control of Ministry of Shipping Ports and waterways) for conducting Navigation Safety audits of all major Indian Ports requiring highest calibre of auditors.
Pioneer is approved by Seaman’s Employment Office, Ministry of Shipping Ports and Waterways to place Superintendents / Auditors onboard on foreign flag vessels.
Pioneer Auditors and Superintendent attend vessels covering the entire globe and has an impressive client list of over 25 Top Ship ownership and management companies.
Further, Pioneer has local auditor office representations based in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, South Africa and Nigeria.
