He joined CRISIL in Jan 2006 and played key roles in the organization. Kalyan joined CRISIL as a Manager and was elevated as Director in 2010. He worked with CRISIL until May 2014. Mr. Jagnani was responsible business growth and he handled various Global Investment Bank who were marquee clients of CRISIL. He also headed the SME Ratings business for CRISIL during the fag end of his stint there. He then headed the research business of Sutherland Global Services Private Limited from May 2014 till June 2016 and played a key role for the business growth.
