Sara has worked in the operation and maintenance for numerous essential facilities, including commercial and data centers, for 20 years and he was well recognised by the customers for his customer excellence support.

Presently working as Operations Director for Asia Pacific at Iron Mountain Data Centers, a firm with headquarters in the United States. Sara has a business administration master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering.

He has outstanding technical abilities as well as business development skills. The companies where he has so far worked benefit from extra business opportunities thanks to his skills. He spent more than five years working in India before spending 17 years in Singapore. He was nominated to work in Qatar, Hong Kong, and India while he was employed in Singapore.

He also authored Data Center Articles and participated in Data Center Panel discussion alongside W Media, Data Centre World, Nalco, Credai and Surana (Singapore, Abu Dhabi & India).

As a volunteer and member of the community in Singapore, he is also a grass-roots leader supporting the Singapore Community.

Accurate pricing is key to Xometry’s success. Dwipam developed machine learning-based pricing models that generated millions of revenue and gross profits for the organization. Dwipam then started working at Capital One in June 2020, a US-based Financial Corporation that provides Credit Card and other Banking products to millions of Americans. At Capital One he worked with other fellow researchers and developed a novel AI solution to reduce financial fraud using digital and transactional data for millions of Americans.

His work was accepted at the prestigious International Conference in Machine Learning in 2021, the world’s most elite Artificial Intelligence peer-reviewed conference. He also developed an AI-based solution that detects sensitive data from a large corpus of data thereby improving user data privacy and safety from external cyber-attacks for millions of Americans. This resulted in numerous patent applications.

He is currently leading the research agenda for machine learning at Capital One for providing relevant and timely recommendations for financial insights including payment, billing, and fraud alerts proactively. Dwipam mentors other AI professionals, and peer reviews Machine Learning books, articles, and papers with Manning Publication and Data Science Journal(DSJ) at codata.org. He also writes scholarly articles for world-renowned Data Science publications such as Towards Data Science and Analytics Vidya. He also serves as an expert judge at Stevie and Globee awards for recognizing the most valuable technological innovation and advancements.

He had previously worked on building AI & machine learning models as a service for Banks, Insurance and Telecom companies. He has helped Fintechs ( Indicina, Nigeria ) and insurance companies ( Tune Protect Group, Malaysia) to develop alternative credit scoring models and use graph networks in analytics.

He has over 20 years of full-time work experience and worked with companies like Vodafone, Novartis, Procter & Gamble and Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited. He is actively engaged with major Banks, Fintech start-ups & customer intelligence companies on developing new capabilities using analytics & alternative data.

Deepak Nagpal’s road hasn’t been easy, but his brother Sumit and other family members have always been there for him through thick and thin.
