Inspired by the often-quoted aphorism, ‘If I cannot learn the way you teach, can you teach me the way I learn?’ Sonal, has been instrumental in constantly reinventing the teaching and learning methods to deliver meaningful and relevant education.

She is a Post Graduate in Education Management and is a Diploma Holder in Early Childhood Teacher Education. She has also completed her Education Leader’s Programme (EdLeap) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. It is a leadership programme for educators and academic professionals which attempts to build and enhance the leadership capacity and management know- how across school educators and academic professionals in India and at international level.

As a seasoned educator, she has extensive experience for over 20 years in curriculum assessments design and management across various state, national and international boards. She specializes in Early Childhood Education and Cambridge Assessments relentlessly evolving the curriculum design for the group. She received the “Centre of the Year Award” for Ryan Global School, Kharghar for high performance from Cambridge Assessments. 

She’s involved in launching the Shalom brand of pre-schools within the Ryan Group of Institutions. As a highly enthusiastic educator, understanding the diverse learner types, she ensures that each student’s unique academic needs are met. She constantly encourages the schools in providing opportunities and personal attention to every child across all the grades, especially in the foundational stage (early years).

Ms. Sonal’s passion as an educator is driving the group’s journey towards excellence in education management and for her efforts the group has received “Best School Brands Award” of the Economic Times.
