Pooja is a woman entrepreneur with over 20 years of global corporate experience across various geographies (UK, Dubai, Bahrain), largely as a banker and a Board Advisor. Her academic qualifications include top institutes like London Business School and Heriot-Watt University.

5 years ago, Pooja decided come back to India and leverage on her experience to grow a globally acknowledged consulting firm and become a part of the Indian growth story. 

She is positioned in the community as a Strategist, Mentor, Author & Life Coach. Currently she is the CEO of a global niche consulting firm, Vedarth Consulting Services. 

The firm provides specialized consulting services in the domains of Business Strategy, Corporate Finance, Workplace Rejuvenation, Transformation and Rights Protection. 

The firm has proven credentials of global clients who have been assisted, beyond conventional consulting, and rather across strategic initiatives till benefit realization milestones have been achieved.

Besides driving the Net Positive campaign of the firm, she is also driven by the Vision is to give back to the society by creating knowledge wealth to benefit professionals, inspiring women and restore India to the glory as the knowledge hub for the world.

Within the sphere of woman emancipation, she has identified four target groups, namely, first being women with 5-10 years working experience, second women who left working due to pregnancy, third being women in academic world, and fourth being women entrepreneurs. She believes that women should not try to copy men and rather focus on their unique qualities and play on their strengths. 

“The bias is more a state of the mind and a perceived inhibitor”, is her belief.

Pooja has also authored a management book “The Essential Management Handbook” which has made it to the knowledge pool of the likes of Harvard University, London Business School, University of Oxford, Heriot-Watt University, Cambridge Judge Business School and AIMT.

The book has also made it to the desks of management leaders of few leading global corporates and been included as a part of the induction joining kit for new employees in certain corporate circles. 

The key takeaways of the book include 340 management concepts, 80 corporate case studies, 180 idioms & 15 real life experiences. The book leverages on story technique and visually appealing diagrammatic representation technique to ensure easy assimilation of, the otherwise complexities while assisting in easy situational recall and application in practice.

Pooja states that “I feel privileged to be the daughter of an Army officer and a Proud Indian. I dedicate this award to my mother, Mrs. Nirmala Supahia”.
