Journey behind her Success: Being the brightest mind throughout her academics, she completed her masters from top most Pharmaceutical Institution. She worked with Pharmaceutical MNCs in early stage of her career. With her special expertise in Research and development, Intellectual property rights and Market Analytics, she worked for some most critical product research and launch. Her entrepreneurial instinct got a real shape after acquiring 25 years old pharmaceutical manufacturing unit along with three more innovation driven entrepreneurs (one of them is her husband). In 5 years, a manufacturing unit once is now a Life Science organization ALICON PHARMACEUTICAL PVT LTD with world class Manufacturing facility, huge domestic and global market presence and distinctive R&D division. In quest to provide quality yet affordable care, she founded INTTELIFE Corporation. It is working with unique techno legal approach for new drug development and filing. In a way making new medicines available to India much faster and at affordable price.

She strongly believes that any community (or country) can flourish to its fullest by preserving and practicing Indigenous tradition. To promote and practice Indigenous Indian Medicines- AYUVEDA and placing it at new height in global healthcare front, she cofounded Gangaveda Pvt Ltd, a budding company dealing in developing, manufacturing, promoting and marketing of Ayurvedic medicines. 

She is holding global chair to many socio economical and woman empowerment organization. She ardently believes in giving back to society and she does it the form of her NGO – SATVAM Charitable Trust. The Trust facilitates and supports towards an integral balance of human life by promoting sustainable social and economic changes.
