Respectively, Ms. Maneka has a systematic approach to determine the right employee for the right position. She plans to continue research for her Ph.D. and publish Articles in Management Journals aiming to gain exposure to Company strategy to add a day-to-day performance management experience and to lay a foundation for the Leadership position.
