Some 10 years ago, at the peak of her career with a Retained Search Firm doing full time CXO level recruitments, she was craving for something more. Her passion for counselling and desire to add value to the society made her shift to a new job closer to home and also to be there for her aged parents-in-law. After 2 years of experience in training and coaching she loved this new role and paved the way to her entrepreneurial journey.  

Her company advices their clients on business growth through executive coaching and business transformation programs which also ensures the personal development of the employees. She partners closely with stakeholders in training need assessment till final delivery.  For students who are confused about their careers, no clear goals and lack of life skills, she is a coach and a mentor. With 30 years of experience in field of HR, Business Development, Executive Search & Training and knowledge of human physiology, she strives to impart this expertise so that one does not learn afresh. She is a Certified Trainer, Consultant for Organization Development; Career Coach and Soft Skills Advisor. She is a visiting faculty at many institutions and has engaged more than 15000 students through her online and classroom workshops.
