She specializes in projects involving SAP Implementations, S/4 Hana Transformations, data migration, greenfield implementations, and template rollout. Being a Postgraduate in Marketing Management from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, her technical expertise aligns with her business acumen. 

Her professional journey began in 1996 that traversed through her skills from a software consultant to assuming senior-most roles in SAP for varied industrial sectors.

She was a senior implementation and support consultant in India for prominent firms like Wipro Infotech Ltd and Capgemini Consulting during 2004-2008. She has extensive hands-on experience and proficiency in the core components of the tasks, combined with analytical skills, attention to detail and efficient project implementation.

Serving as an independent contractor in the data migration lead for ArcelorMittal in Luxembourg and Paris, she progressed in the rollout production support for Pentlands in London, Vodafone, Xerox, Arla foods, Bluestonex, RBC and Deloitte during 2016-17.

The projectile of her elevated career led to her competencies as the Senior delivery manager and Associate Director of Itelligence India Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore and the Finance lead of the competency center at Sibelco.

A firm believer in hard work and enthusiasm to evolve towards higher goals in life, Ms. Lakshmi has crossed the pathways of her professional journey as an acknowledged expert in the field.

She is credited with winning rewards and recognition for seamless integration of the process artefacts and demonstrated performance in troubleshooting and smooth operation for clients in multiple industrial sectors in food, electronics, chemical, retail, warehousing, manufacturing etc. She has remained updated while upgrading her skills through relevant certifications as an Agile Scrum Master.

Her knowledge and skills have uniquely positioned her to establish a full-fledged startup that led to the birth of M/s. Proiuvo Private Limited in Bengaluru, on September 29th, 2021. “Proiuvo” means “expert support” indicative of the intent and philosophy of the organization.

The company is built on the principles of forward-looking initiatives of inclusivity, trust and positivity while nurturing the skills and thought processes of the employees through a culture of innovative thinking and thrives serving the diverse clientele across the globe.

Under her mentorship, Proiuvo provided services in the UK & EU as Pro-Pier Limited (2008) and VSC Limited (2013) and in the US as V9 synergies since 2008.
