At FIPL, bringing in a system by making every day work, a process oriented, auto driven routine is her strength. She realised it when her COO, Mr Deepak Patel gave her responsibility of implementation of Integrated Management System. That responsibility was the turning point of her professional life. Creating written procedures, Company APEX Manual and software development role for company was entrusted to me which is almost completed with implementation and testing is going on. This unique software is one of its kind in wood allied product manufacturing industry, which caters to all kind of products be it be Lumbers, Frames, Doors, Windows, Architraves, Plywood, H Beam etc bringing in sync all other departments of the company which are now working on software in this integrated system.

She never limited herself to a specific role. In addition to her responsibilities, she involved herself in company financials and Bad Debts collection plan was created to overcome the crisis which not only gave confidence to the company but also boosted the production at one point of time. Versatility in role gives her opportunity to perform numerous task such as sales analysis, Handling customer escalations, designing company information Brochure, launching website, analysing business risk, company’s SWOT analysis, developing training plans for the team, understanding complex projects and guiding design team on customer requirement. Her team and her Management played a key role in making her what she is today.
