Mr. Vineet belongs to a humble background. He hails from a small town Sikandra Rao (Near Aligarh), Uttar Pradesh. He believes that the lesson learnt from his parents is the key of his present knowledge and character. His parents always taught “Whatever you do, Do it with Passion setting new standards”. These words always inspire him. He did his schooling from his hometown, Engineering Bachelor degree from NIT Jamshedpur, followed with Masters in Technology from TRTC Delhi. He started his career as a design engineer & during his successful professional journey he has been in key technology leadership roles demonstrating excellence in renowned Automotive Industries like VE Commercial Vehicles, Maruti Suzuki, Faurecia, Cooper Standard, Denso and Spark Minda.

He believes in excellence and has been promoting Innovative culture, Cost effective Solutions, Competency build, Self-Sustenance, Best Practices & SMEs development for future readiness. Because of his developed wisdom & skill readiness for modern requirements, he has always been a preferred technocrats in regional as well as global teams.

During past 22 years, He has been contributing with key focus on sustainable and cost effective developments. Currently he is sharing his passion by mentoring others with his accumulated knowledge in an effort to empower Indian manufacturing sector by putting his expertise into their products, processes, people and business. With this mission in his life, he recently founded Collosium Solutions, helping Indian manufacturing industry to accelerate their businesses. Collosium Solutions is appreciated for its mission as Promising Startup through Indian Achievers’ Award – 2022.

For his success, he gives biggest honor to his parents, his wife and entire family who supported him morally to establish the foundation to excel. He is extremely gratified to his seniors, mentors & colleagues who enabled him to reach this level. He is a man with a passionate approach & a vision to support building a self-reliant India.
