His skill sets are diverse – spanning – technical, processes and NPI, production, operation management, project management, and business development & P&L management skills underscoring expertise in engaging with decision makers and devising winning sales strategies and solutions.

With prior experience as the Vice President of Operations for Group EMS operations & Plant/Unit Manager/Management representative for the Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) Business, he joined in Surbhi Satcom as Chief Operating officer as responsible to run various departments by optimizing their team dynamics, managing diverse agendas of the organization by delivering results and strategic vision to the organization. He is accustomed to successfully juggling multiple projects from Design to Manufacturing (ODM Model) and have an excellent track record of building new businesses (from OEMs), foreign (AMERICA, UROPE & ASIA regions) relationships with clients in the Industry of Medical, Défense & Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial etc developing partnerships and promoting India Manufacturing & Sourcing capability.
