In this journey he found that there is less focus on finishing works of the buildings and always priorities & focus given on RCC. Thus journey started to set a new trend in setting up processes and implementation in organizations. Also It’s challenging to change the set mind-set of people. He successfully Trained people, convinced management, turned their thought process with positive approach that, how streamlined process & implementation in execution of finishing works results can turn the picture in final deliverable. Setting up processes and ensuring implementation in various organization to successfully deliver finishing works. Now industry also slowly understanding as to do any turnkey projects need to enhance capabilities and competency in this field. Aiming high to develop the organizational capabilities in Finishing works and enhancing deliverables with training and mentoring people to develop new skills.

Along with professional life he always spare his time to help and support needy and closely working with 2 NGO & 1 trust for social works. His aim is to have own trust for social service to repay the society.
