He has international work experience working at distinguished software companies like Google LLC and Adobe Systems, and he spent his last decade at Google Headquarters in California. He has built and architected products, services, and infrastructure in India and Silicon Valley in California using his expertise in distributed systems, Large-scale transactional systems, and the fintech and digital payments domain. At Google, he spends his time on setting strategy and vision for large and experienced Engineering teams.

His Industry contributions have spanned over many different areas including regulatory and compliance projects, new monetization models, extensible platforms, and high throughput transactional systems in Digital Payments. He has worked on improving algorithms to serve Payments, designed reliable and configurable, and built GenAI tools to enhance customer satisfaction.

As an Engineering leader who is passionate about mentorship, he has mentored Engineers, and cross-functional teams widely and serves as a role model to members of his organization and beyond. His leadership principle is to strongly believe in the growth mindset and give people the right environment to thrive, innovate, and take responsibility to achieve more. He believes in Google’s mantra – “have a healthy disregard for the impossible” to push and break barriers and reach new frontiers.
