Mr. Sajjan Gupta is a business development connoisseur. In his 24 years of extensive cross-industry expertise across 7 companies, he has successfully engaged in fostering employee development with change management leading to a productive business model. Mr. Sajjan Gupta came from a humble beginning. After his post-graduation in marketing, he started his career by leading a compact team for hardcore retail sales through various channel partners in the FMCG industry. He then moved on to the banking industry where he upscaled the GL of the branch from 2 Cr. To 73 Cr within a short span of 2 years. He has also led a team size of more than 200 in the time-sharing industry where he flourished the business to 3 folds in less than a year through B2B and B2C services.
He believes that there are two stakeholders involved in any organization – Internal and External. These are like the two sides of a coin, each sharing equal responsibility for the company’s development and a leader manages both of them by devising strategic propositions to overcome ambiguous situations.
Mr. Sajjan Gupta is currently designated as the Vice President at Future Generali Life Insurance Company where he has hoisted productivity and achieved 50% team promotion within a year.
