Mr. Sadaf has provided outstanding leadership as the Chief Executive Officer and has contributed significantly to enable the company scale phenomenal heights under his stewardship from the commencement of the business to present.Being passionate about the financial inclusion drive, he joined Muthoot Pappachan Group’s microfinance business at its inception in 2010.

The microfinance venture was started from scratch and emerged as the 4^thlargest microfinance company in India. Mr Sadaf has been the driving force behind the inspirational growth of the organisation. Sadaf’s efficient and well thought out decision making with an aim of long-term vision and leading from the front attitude towards his role as Chief Executive Officer helped the company reach remarkable heights in a short span of 10 years.

He is also the longest serving Chief Executive for Muthoot Pappachan Group and under his leadership the company won several accolades including Great Place to Work certification and Golden Globe award for corporate governance.

Maintaining ‘Quality &Quantity’ at par, Sadaf transformed the growing business working closely with management teams, large workforce and other key stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth.

Sadaf has around two decades of experience in Banking and Financial service industry. He has worked with organisations such as HDFC Bank, GE Money and Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited in credit and Risk management functions. Prior to joining Muthoot, he was Head – Internal Audit & Risk with Satin Creditcare Network Ltd.

Mr Sadaf Sayeed won the NBFC CEO of the Year award at the “India NBFC Summit & Awards 2019” held at Hotel Westin, Mumbai on August 30. He was conferred with Most Trusted CEO 2019 award at the 6th edition of IDEASFEST 2019 held at ITC Sheraton, New Delhi on 5th September.
