Having seen both ends of the organizational hierarchy, Ram has acquired significant expertise as a senior executive with a global multi-function and general management background. Propelling his career from a project manager at Motorola to the CIO of Marketing Alternatives Inc (MAI), Ram has viewed, from every angle, how a company is run. With 25+ years of experience, Ram has set out to work on his new endeavor as a CTO for eArbor – the fastest growing eCommerce solutions company. With a prime motive to provide highly customized eCommerce solutions to small, medium, and large enterprises.
With an MS and Ph.D. in computer science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard, Ram is a highly qualified professional in his field. He started his career as a project manager at Terasoft, Hyderabad and worked there for 3 years. Later on, he moved to the US to join Motorola solutions as a project manager in Chicago and worked there for about 2 years.
After that, Ram has been a part of the Marketing Alternatives Inc (MAI) executive team as CIO. He has worked with numerous fortune 500 companies like Allstate, Bridgestone, Wahl, Walmart, Costco, Amazon, GM, Ford, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
He has significant expertise in broad-based management of Systems Design and Development, Implementation, and Support. He has achieved substantial results and has a high-level knowledge of global business transformation and organizational change management.
Ram is a multi-tasker and self-motivated leader with a knack for expanding a company’s network. He is persuasive in introducing products, implementing pricing models, inventory control and projections, turnaround management, territory development, and revealing customers’ needs to deliver solutions.

Founded in 2021 with Sirisha Tummala and Prasad Bollineni as Directors, eArbor strongly believes that one-size-fits-all solutions are inadequate and work only as a quick fix. Instead, we, at eArbor, advocate custom solutions. Every enterprise has unique needs and challenges, and we help by designing highly tailored eCommerce technologies that can actively eliminate these roadblocks. eArbor is a fast-growing company that specializes in WMS/ERP services, eCommerce platform hosting, data science & analytics, mobile applications, and eCommerce integrations.
eArbor focuses on providing fully integrated cloud-based applications for small and medium companies for effective management of direct commerce. Within a few months of the company launch, eArbor could partner with several notable companies from various industries.
We have partnered with Marketing Alternatives Inc(MAI) to help develop their WMS. In the food industry, we partnered with The J.M. Smuckers Company and The Farmer Brothers Company to build their Service/Dispatch software. We also build a custom eCommerce B2B platform for Great Northern.
Apart from these global companies, we have also partnered with WE ITTC to develop the eCommerce platform: I WE KART. This platform is built to enable person-to-person commerce for women entrepreneurs. It removes the barriers of regions, empowering women to sell their products and services across the globe.
